AllofMpls Independent Expenditure
Eye Contact Media strategized, managed, and executed a comprehensive digital marketing campaign for AllofMpls. We designed and placed all online paid media including display, social, online video, and streaming television ads. Our effort made the case for common-sense reform across voters’ devices and channels. Our work helped AllofMpls successfully defeat an amendment that would have eliminated the Minneapolis Police Department, passed an amendment that streamlined city governance, re-elected the Mayor, and elected a pragmatic progrssive majority to the City Council.
National Education Association
We executed a 10-state, 2-million member GOTV campaign focused on NEA members. Eye Contact communicated the historic importance of the election with teachers across the country, helping them formulate a vote plan. Eye Contact leveraged the enthusiasm of Red for Ed rallies. We tested messages and images from NEA’s digital assets to optimize the campaign and pivot toward the most effective messaging. The election swept public education supporters into office, with teachers playing a crucial role.
